process itself including the pre-knowledge/technology transfer
process, transfer and what is after collaboration, Basically, if
we look at a technology transfer process, we have the
pre-transfer process. That is the creation phase of technology,
how researchers will create. And this creation is actually how
INNOCULT help this in the industrial relations, whereby INNOCULT
have a group of Officers actively meeting with industry
understand their needs and try to establish Industrial
collaborative projects with academia. And then, if the research
project is Forthcoming, then they will assist drafting the
agreements and set up all the terms of the Collaboration with
the faculty members. That is the industrial relations.
Next, the process of the knowledge/technology transfer, we have
creation, then we have the
Protection, and then you have the management and the
exploitation. The latter of the
Three is managed by the IP management. IP management officers
(having technology and scientific background) are trained to
Provide assistance in this regard.
